CRP Group have partnered with a large Automotive company who are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Support Executive to support the Manufacturing Sales Team. The role can be based in North East of North West Great Manchester. The role ensures smooth sales operations by managing administrative tasks, preparing quotes and tenders, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with customer communications Quotations & Proposals Prepare and format customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing policies Work with the Sales Team to tailor proposals to customer needs Maintain and update quotation templates Tenders Managed bid portals and framework enrolments Coordinate responses to public tenders, ensuring all requirements are met Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation Maintain a record of past tender responses for reference Sales Administration Keep the quotation log and CRM system up to date Issue order acknowledgments and process order amendments Schedule and support sales meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes Organise and maintain sales-related documents Assist with pre-build documentation and ensure customer approvals before production Support customer communications on order progress and coordinate visits Manage the demonstration fleet diary Assist with invoicing and cash follow-ups Arrange travel for customers and assist with vehicle delivery reports What Were Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with CRM systems and sales administration Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry is highly advantageous If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic Commercial Team, wed love to hear from you ADZN1_UKTJ
