Following a comprehensive induction and training programme, our Executives are able to rapidly develop and will quickly be working on a balanced portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry. You will build broad skills in Paid Search, Paid Social, performance display and performance video, working towards a tactical expert able to support the execution and implementation of client campaigns. Your day to day role will involve assisting your team colleagues in campaign reporting, monitoring and all aspects of performance.
In terms of key skills, you will have strong analytical and numerical skills and will be enthusiastic with a committed work ethic.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail will be needed, but mostly you will have to be a proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team, showing initiative and a can do approach.
As the environment is fast-paced, time management will be one of the more important skills you possess, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks, sometimes being under pressure to meet deadlines.
