Align Front of House with Corporate Strategy: Ensure that all Front of House (FOH) operations are in complete alignment with the overarching Corporate Strategy and that hotel-specific initiatives are implemented effectively. Represent FOH in Management: Serve as the primary FOH representative on the hotel’s management team, advocating for department needs and ensuring strategic objectives are met. Update Departmental Operations Manuals: Oversee the creation, regular review, and updating of Departmental Operations Manuals to ensure they reflect current best practices and procedures. Effective Communication : Lead regular divisional communication meetings, ensuring that all departmental briefings are engaging, relevant, and carried out efficiently Ensure Exceptional Guest Service: Guarantee that all employees consistently deliver on the brand promise, providing outstanding guest service at every interaction. Manage Departmental Costs : To proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators, working through the respective Managers as appropriate. Maximixe Upsell opportunities :To be the champion for the Hyatt upsell programme ensuring monthly targets are met through training and development Foster Internal Service Excellence : Ensure that employees offer the same level of excellent service to internal customers across departments, fostering collaboration and a seamless experience. Enhance Guest Interactions : Spend time in public areas observing guest interactions, engaging with guests, and working with Heads of Department to coach employees on refining their service skills as needed.
