As Receptionist at Ibis Styles - Birmingham Centre, you will be the first friendly face our guests will see when they walk through our doors. You’ll help them check in smoothly, ensuring they have everything they need at the beginning of their stay to make their time with us as enjoyable as possible. You'll share local knowledge whilst maximising revenue and sales through an efficient and courteous service.
