Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, planning, delivery, and evaluation of multi-channel, compliant, insight-driven, audience-focused campaigns to support the delivery of our marketing and fundraising strategy. Project Management: Deliver fundraising and marketing projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard. Cross-Organisational Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute projects and campaigns successfully. Campaign Analysis: Monitor, communicate, and document key performance indicators across campaigns. Analyse results and make recommendations to maximise net income and enhance supporter engagement, briefing the Business Intelligence & Analytics team to ensure activities are insight-led. Income and Expenditure Management: Supporting with budget management and monitor campaign income and expenditure, and forecasting. Emergency Fundraising: Coordinate the implementation of effective emergency fundraising. To be a successful Marketing and Fundraising Manager, you’ll need the following: Skill in supporting and delivering multi-channel campaigns with creative and media agencies, along with experience in creative development and asset management. Proficiency in project management, with the capability to coordinate complex schedules. Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. Passion for creating a brilliant supporter experience. Competence in evaluating marketing activities, driving improvements, and providing actionable recommendations.
