About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join our Infrastructure HPC team in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the permanent roads and networks that link up the main buildings to enable the power station's commissioning and operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Excellence and Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with Kier standards.
* Ensure accurate recording of labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources, identifying areas for development and collaborating with the Commercial Team to produce financial forecasts and cost reviews.
* Promote integrated working with project members to foster a one-team ethos, including team development.
* Take ownership of cost management for your section of the project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness and site-based systems like CEMAR.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, including leading and managing technical teams.
* Able to take the lead with client interfaces.
* Establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver outcomes in terms of safety, quality, cost, and programme.
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
