Description Grade UE02 - £22,995 per annum, pro-rata Accommodation, Catering and Events Part Time: 30 hours per week Open Ended: Permanent Contract The Opportunity: We are looking for positive, upbeat people to help our busy housekeeping team where you will provide a flexible customer focused service across our accommodation, you will be key in ensuring we are delivering excellent standards of cleaning and customer care for all our visitors and guests. As a Senior Domestic Assistant, you will be involved in distributing work to our teams of domestic cleaning assistants, checking that our accommodation and facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness as well as ensuring that our customers’ needs are met and guests enjoy a comfortable stay at all times. You will also play a fundamental role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met by servicing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and public areas within your remit. You should have excellent organisational skills and have previous experience in either housekeeping or hospitality. You should have a good eye for detail and a passion for providing an excellent standard of service. You will have outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate with wide range of colleagues and customers in an effective and professional manner. You will also have experience of allocation of workload to team members and ideally, supervisory skills, although this is not essential. The post holder is required to work weekends on a 5 over 7 basis when required and specifically during commercial operations. This may be subject to change in line with business needs.
