Leaders in Care are working with a highly regarded Independent Fostering Agency in Southampton, for an experienced practitioner to join their well established service as a Supervising Social Worker.

Responsibilities:
1. Supporting and managing approved foster carers
2. Assessing special guardians
3. Ensuring support plans are in place
4. Working with children’s social workers to achieve permanence, either through long term fostering or special guardianship
Minimum Requirements:
For this role, you require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
