Salesforce Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Design and recommend Salesforce solutions tailored to the utilities industry, improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of system changes.
* Conduct system testing, UAT, and support end-user training and adoption strategies.
* Provide ongoing support and optimisation of Salesforce features and integrations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within the utilities sector.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of utility processes such as billing, account management, and field services.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, or Consultant) are highly desirable.
