Job summary Central Medical Centre is a well established General Practice based in Morden Surrey providing care to 9000 patients inthe local community. The practice is situated close to Morden town centre, which has good public transport links. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join as part of a multidisciplinary team to support our clinicians and patients. Main duties of the job Make appointments over the telephone, face to face & on the computer system. Registering patients on system. Deal with the incoming & outgoing mail.Remain calm under pressure General computer skills (Microsoft Windows & EMIS, ERS & Docman is preferable)Excellent presentation, phone manner, warm & welcoming. Good professionalism, inc. confidentiality & work ethic Manage workload, prioritise, follow-up & ensure all tasks are performed in a timely manner Hours 18-22hrs p/w, shifts ranging from 8am -8pm Monday to Friday Face covering, gloves etc. & essential you should be comfortable with this requirement. About us The practice is based over 3 floors and provides full DDA access to the ground floor. Our Surgery employs a team of 30 staff and has links with other local practices and healthcare providers.
