About the Role As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you'll handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date. This is a great opportunity to build on your finance experience in a role that offers variety and plenty of support. Your day-to-day will include: Creating and processing invoices in Sage Managing petty cash and reconciling accounts Checking timesheets and handling finance-related admin Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries Organising payments Reconciling credit card statements and keeping records up to date Assisting with audit preparation About You You’ll have experience in finance administration and be confident using Excel and Word. If you’ve worked with Sage before, that’s a bonus, but training will be provided if not.
