Hours: 21 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (0.6FTE). Smaller fractions will also be considered.
Primary Location: Wood Street; may be required to work at any college campuses.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide small-group tuition to students studying GCSE English and Functional Skills English for age groups 16-18 and 19+, including students with various additional learning needs.
2. Utilize a dynamic, inspiring, and personalized approach to teaching and learning.
3. Employ a wide range of teaching strategies and techniques.
4. Demonstrate strong teamwork, classroom facilitation, and management skills.
5. Maintain excellent organizational skills and comply with College requirements, including planning, assessing, maintaining accurate records, and conducting education plan reviews.
6. May be required to work in the evenings and/or Saturdays.
