The Role: As the Customer Success Manager you will be an advocate for you clients and point of strategic contact for a book of customers generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide maximum client satisfaction, helping customers see value from the range of modules (drive adoption) within the platform and ultimately attain retention. Commercial awareness is key as you’ll champion upsell opportunities combined with a customer centric approach to account growth. It’s important to note that clients may operate on a monthly rolling basis and so a firm ‘finger on the pulse’ and an unbeatable level of service delivered at every touch point is vital. The ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or Client Servies role, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution. A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction. A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here Prior experience of using Planhat or comparable CSP is beneficial. The Benefits: A base salary of £45,000k-£50,000 plus bonus.
