Responsibilities:
1. Staff management: Delegating tasks, training new employees, and ensuring staff are adequately resourced.
2. Inventory: Keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
3. Cash: Balancing the cash register at the end of a shift and recording sales.
4. Customer service: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety standards and monitoring the work environment.
6. Scheduling: Scheduling working patterns to ensure staff have breaks.
7. Communication: Communicating with staff on new procedures, sales incentives, and product information.
8. Reporting: Reporting to upper management and communicating issues.
You would be engaged, managed, and paid by the employer, using the Grafter platform.
