KC Group are working with a leading PE-backed business in the Cheshire area, who have a newly created opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key part in enhancing their customers' experience by driving financial process improvements, managing costs, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a small team
* Supplier and charge-related cost management
* Oversee financial aspects of the implementation process.
* Lead process improvements and data standardisation initiatives.
* Develop performance metrics to monitor costs and supplier efficiency
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to optimise profitability and customer experience
* Collaborate with European teams to assess and enhance partner performance
What We’re Looking For:
* Part Qualified or Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred).
* Strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
* Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
