Tasks will include, but won’t be limited to:
Customer Success/Account Management
* Acting as the first point of contact for a selection of customer accounts to help ensure the smooth running of the partnerships and resolution of issues in a timely manner whilst collaborating within your own team and other functions, including IT, legal and marketing as appropriate.
* Managing and developing good working relationships with selected partners and contributing to partner meetings. This will include regular phone/video calls and on occasion face-to-face meetings which may require some overseas (mainly UK wide) travel.
* Preparing performance data and reports for partner (customer) meetings and collating actions from meetings.
* Helping to identify new opportunities or potential areas for growth within existing accounts.
* Involvement in commercial and contractual negotiations for add-on products and ongoing accounts.
New Business Development
* Following up on inbound, and generating outbound, leads and opportunities by phone, email, video conference and face-to-face meetings.
* Researching competitors and the industry to identify potential new prospects and opportunities.
* Assisting with and positively contributing to the production of tender responses.
* Exhibiting and networking at industry-specific events.
* Business Analytics and Product Ownership.
* Monitoring and reporting on business activities and providing accurate and timely reports to customers and other team members.
* Producing reports for senior team members and routinely updating company stats systems with relevant partner performance data or implementing updates.
* Identifying and contributing to improvements of systems and the production of data.
* Running projects within your team and cross-departmentally to improve various aspects of Seopa’s performance.
Business Analytics and Product Ownership
* Monitoring and reporting on business activities and providing accurate and timely reports to customers and other team members.
* Producing reports for senior team members and routinely updating company stats systems with relevant partner performance data or implementing updates.
* Identifying and contributing to improvements of systems and the production of data.
Personal Specification
Academics: Honours Degree in a computing, science, technology, engineering, mathematical or business-related discipline (minimum 2:1, or predicted minimum 2:1 upon graduation), and 3 grade ‘B’s or above at A-Level are desirable, although not essential.
Experience
* Experience in an IT, e-commerce, fintech or financial services environment is desirable, potentially as part of a placement year.
* An appreciation of web/software development and performant web user journeys would be advantageous.
* Experience in dealing with customers, account management or business development/sales would be advantageous.
Capabilities
* Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Excellent skills in MS Office (particularly Excel).
* Ability to manage projects successfully against tight deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Ability to self-educate yourself where required.
* Able to use your initiative.
* Experience of CRM and Google Analytics would be beneficial.

We operate a hybrid working policy, where employees have the opportunity to work both from home and from our offices at Amelia Street, Belfast, BT2 7GS.
