This role encompasses staff management, heading up workload planning, delegating & meeting all deadline requirements across several departments including different shifts.
This is a seasonal business which is growing at a rapid rate which means higher demands during a concentrated period of the year.

The working hours are Monday- Friday, 40 hours, however flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:
7. Create workload plans across your department
8. Oversee courier dispatches by ensuring processes are followed.
9. Ensure that staff deal with customers correctly & that calls are answered efficiently & correctly.
10. Responsible for the logistics & transport of all products & equipment to & from the venue.
11. As a keyholder, taking ownership for the site including problem solving e.g. payment machines, phone system, Wi-Fi/broadband, general site maintenance, health & safety, floods etc. including call-outs where necessary.
12. Allocate customer orders, dispatches & ensuring efficiency/organisation across the team.
13. Ensure order accuracy & reconciling against invoices.
14. Responsible for all HR administration and coordination.
15. Issue new starter paperwork, H&S inductions, assisting with training plans, training nights, commission structures & staff incentive documentation, including records & leavers paperwork.
16. Create & deploy staff workload plans, complete staff checkbacks & ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
17. Manage the working relationships with external suppliers.
18. Create professionally presented documentation to produce staff training manuals, user guides, project plans & processes, & other key documentation.
19. Manage daily customer queries & messages.
20. During non-peak summer months, the right individual will have the opportunity to get involved across all areas of the business, including business development, projects & events.
Requirements:
21. Strong staff management skills to be able to manage a retail team of up to 32 individuals, with management experience in a retail, hospitality, sales, or leisure background.
22. A strong communicator & proactive individual, with high attention to detail
23. Highly efficient at using Microsoft Office software, email & IT-savvy to a high standard.
24. Ability to set & review KPIs & bonus incentives for a sales team.
25. Confident when delivering communications & briefings to staff.
26. Thrives on a high level of autonomy, responsibility & ownership.
27. Ability to effectively inspire, lead & develop a team.
