About the Role This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in an office-based environment with flexible working options. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload and play a key role in supporting clients through all aspects of the conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities: Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaising proactively with third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress. Managing cases to completion efficiently while maintaining service standards and meeting client expectations. Providing technical expertise and support to colleagues, including advice on probate sales and assents. Ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding client interests at all times. Building strong working relationships with clients, external providers, and professional networks. Delivering a comprehensive legal service tailored to client needs. About You: The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE and proven experience managing a diverse range of conveyancing cases. Key Skills and Experience: Expertise in complex legal matters, such as probate sales, shared ownership, new builds, and lease extensions. Proficient in resolving technical issues and title defects. Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Office and case management systems (CMS). Exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills.
