Working with some of the world’s leading brands and categories of fast-moving goods such as Chupa Chups, Liquid Death, and American Candy, we supply 18,000+ convenience stores and major national retailers such as Tesco, Morrison’s, Co-op, SPAR, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
1. Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and website functionality for both B2B & B2C platforms.
2. Work on new launches as well as regularly update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to maintain accuracy and relevance.
3. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues in collaboration with the development team.
4. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and drive sales.
5. Work closely with the SEO team to optimise website content for improved organic search rankings and increased traffic.
6. Make necessary updates to collection pages, meta descriptions, titles, filters, and other website elements to enhance visibility.
7. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance on-page and off-page rankings.
Email Marketing:
1. Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for new products, special offers, and promotions.
2. Manage the customer email database, ensuring accurate segmentation for personalised email content.
3. Analyse email marketing performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
4. Work with the content and design teams to ensure visually appealing and compelling email campaigns.
Social Media Management:
1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
2. Run paid ads across all Meta platforms.
3. Create and schedule engaging content, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to attract and retain followers.
4. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
5. Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach and credibility.
Campaign Management:
1. Plan and execute paid and partnership media campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
2. Work with the paid marketing teams on WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement.
3. Develop a structured marketing calendar to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
4. Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly for improved results.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, purchasing, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
2. Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimise marketing initiatives.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
4. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Experience with any CMS system is a must.
5. Experience with loyalty programmes and customer retention strategies is a plus (not mandatory).
6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
7. Proactive, innovative, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
8. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. A passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
