Customer Service Advisors required for a Loughborough based, market leading organisation within telecommunications. We require experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Customer Service Team, working in Inbound. There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30 - Must be available Monday 14th April to 25th April for Training. Hours of work will be : Saturday 09:00-17:30 Monday 09:00-17:30 / 10:30-19:00 Job Role: Your key responsibilities, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include: - Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers’ requests. - Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations. - Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers on offer. - Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them. - Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life. - Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer the confidence in the information provided. - Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice. - Uncapped Commission Structure Key Skills: - A commitment to providing great service. - Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment. - Excellent communication skills. - Remain positive and enthusiastic during every customer contact - Experience of working towards targets. - An interest in technology. - Consistently provide a high level of service. - IT skills. This role is subject to a Clean DBS it is imperative that each applicant provides support to the process. Full Training is given.
