We have an exciting opportunity for a super organised, proactive and self-starting individual to join our team as a CRM Coordinator. This role will support the development of our customer data and communications platform to improve access and use of customer insight and ensuring we are always optimising the technology and tools available. You will also play a key role in defining and implementing new technology enhancements and tools to support the wider CRM team in delivering their vision for highly personal and seamless customer experiences at Beaverbrooks, to engender long lasting customer relationships and repeat business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Day to day coordination of BAU system enhancements and build projects – first point of contact for Hyper, Vecton, Exponea. Responsible for ensuring requirements for any developments are clearly captured and the work delivers against the brief.
* Manage the Platform and Data roadmap, ensuring each project has a clear timeline, and is delivered to plan, escalating any challenges to CRM Manager.
* You will become a subject matter expert (SME) for our customer data platform, supporting larger scale implementation projects run by the Beaverbrooks technical team.
* You’ll ensure all documentation relating to system processes, integrations and developments is accurate and kept updated – working with our wider technical teams and partners. You’ll be responsible for communicating any changes to relevant teams across the business.
* As a SME in the customer data platform you will work with the Communications and Campaigns arm of CRM, contributing ideas for how to optimise the platform and data we have.
* You will support implementation of new channels and integrations e.g SMS.
* You’ll inspire the wider Beaverbrooks teams with new developments, support the onboarding of new tools and processes and be responsible for developing documentation and training materials around this to ensure smooth adoption.
* You’ll turn data questions and hypotheses into briefs for our data consultants.
* You’ll coordinate data analysis and insight briefs into our data consultants and verify the completeness and accuracy of reporting and insight that is supplied.
* You will champion the accurate and efficient collection of data across the business, looking for ways to improve this and manage day to day enhancements.
* You’ll support the team with troubleshooting challenges and issues with reports, BI etc.
* As a key member of the CRM team, you’ll be required to support the team with wider CRM related tasks and projects as required.

* Prior experience in project management with a good understanding of effective planning.
* Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Proactive problem solver and solution finder.
* Naturally curious, initiative to ask questions, speak up and challenge where necessary.
* Experience of working in a fast paced multi project environment.
* Great attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator and collaborator who can nurture great working relationships.
* Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Word).
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience of working with BC/Exponea.
