An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Growing the Friarage and Community Services collaborative to develop the SystmOne modules used by our teams.
The Growing the Friarage collaborative serves patients within the localities of Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Northallerton, Hambleton, and Richmondshire.
The post holder will access multiple IT and clinical systems, reporting tools including data from external sources. The post holder must have technical skills to access large and highly complex system data sets and the ability to configure databases with the needs of the service.
The post holder will develop an understanding of the clinical services they engage with and strong working relationships with clinical leads, matrons, and other stakeholders, (e.g. colleagues in BIU, Audit, data quality, and IG).
Duties Include
* To develop and deliver SystmOne units and support for the trust.
* SystmOne application at James Cook University Hospital, Friarage Hospital, and peripheral sites and trust locations.
* To maintain all SystmOne units and templates in a state where the business processes of the Trust can be guaranteed.
* Ensure that planned and unplanned interruptions to these services and systems are dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily.
* To provide specialist support and advice on system specification, configuration, and requirements.
* To be involved in the implementation of new units and templates, providing business process redesign, and delivery of training needs.
* The post holder will have lead responsibility for providing SystmOne support into all clinical services and will deliver this by working collaboratively whilst autonomously applying and developing own expert skills and knowledge.
* The post holder will work with colleagues across a multitude of departments and collaboratives to share, interpret and utilise clear and relevant information for planning, governance, and performance management.
