We provide a range of services to support young people to enjoy today, prepare for tomorrow, and become the people they want to be. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Key Worker to help support students with special educational needs (SEN) and emotional or behavioural difficulties. You will provide daily assistance to Key Workers with the preparation and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and routines. While helping to support the management of challenging behaviour and creating a positive learning environment for students. The role also involves providing emotional and social support to students, helping them to engage effectively with the curriculum and participate in college activities. Along with safely transporting students to and from college, appointments and extracurricular activities as needed.
