Job Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating all new customers accounts, managing all new customer enquiries and assisting in setting up of accounts; offering outstanding customer support to aid with the smooth running of the business whilst following the companies’ policies and procedures. The role holder will also be instrumental in providing customer support and promoting the Movex platform to new customers with a view to generating more business interest.
Key Accountabilities:
• Deal with all new customer enquiries and assisting in setting up accounts
• Provide customers with MI reporting
• Prepare volume/issue data analysis when required
• Provide information regarding different payment methods.
• Provide support to customers having any registration or payment issues.
• Take personal responsibility for putting the customer first and providing a relentless and excellent customer service and experience.
• Identify new ways of working to support the business in working cross functionally.
• Assist with complaints relating to customers
• Perform any other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and support overall operational success
Decision Making:
• Allocate credit based on Experian scores
• Set up new accounts with correct configuration in agreed SLA
• Ensure accounts are correctly grouped for reporting purposes
• Work within agreed timetable for completing customer reports
• Maintain excellent attention to detail
Skills & Experience Required:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent IT skills in Excel and word with the ability to analyse data
• Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
• Be resourceful and self-confident
• Experience of working to deadlines and have effective time management skills.
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
