Clean Harbors is looking for a Part-Time Supervisor to join our Windsor, ON Automotive Service Team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety and leadership of our growing and dynamic team and the maintenance and coordination of our growing fleet.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5-years’ experience within the Automotive Service industry.
2. Minimum of 1-year supervisory and planning experience in an Automotive services environment.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Effective organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task.
5. Strong computer skills.
6. Valid driver’s license – Class 3 or 1 preferred with clean 5-year driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the Health and Safety of our employees and that health and safety is the number one priority through following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
2. Supervising, scheduling, coordinating, and developing the service and maintenance of our equipment.
3. Conduct toolbox talks as per company policy.
4. Maintain constant communication with the supervisors; keeping them informed of job progress and estimated timeframes when manpower and equipment will be released.
5. Maintain and foster excellent customer relations.
6. Contribute to the training and mentorship program for all new hires and support the development of senior operators by providing guidance and development opportunities.
7. Ensure that all inspections and maintenance requests are completed.
8. Ensure job permits are obtained for each job in a timely manner according to the customer’s permit procedures.
9. Ensure all completed paperwork meets regulatory requirements and safety deadlines.
