KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Crafting Brand Voice and Tone: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice that aligns with Finisterre’s sustainability, ocean conservation, and adventure values. Strategy Development: Lead content strategy to support brand growth, including video, blog, and podcast content, with clear success metrics. Content Creation: Write engaging copy across channels (website, social media, emails) to meet brand and business objectives. Storytelling: Use storytelling techniques to communicate Finisterre's brand, mission, and values to foster emotional connections with the audience. Customer Journeys: Map and optimize customer journeys, ensuring messages align with customer needs at each stage, from awareness to purchase. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with compelling copy. International Growth: Oversee translation efforts and ensure brand voice consistency across languages and markets. Coach, mentor and train team members to build knowledge, skills and expertise essential in their role for now and in the future. Keep a culture of open communication and feedback within the team and its direct contacts. Requirements WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE Expertise in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels, ensuring alignment with Finisterre’s sustainability and adventure ethos. Proven experience in localising content for global markets, ensuring messaging resonates across diverse cultures while maintaining brand integrity. Skilled in creating content strategies that drive brand growth, with a focus on integrated campaigns (seasonal promotions, sustainability initiatives, etc.). Expertise in crafting product-centric, conversion-focused copy for both online and in-store experiences, optimised for SEO to drive organic growth. Experience managing content teams, freelancers, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring content aligns with broader brand goals and deadlines. Passionate about communicating sustainability initiatives and aligning product stories with eco-conscious messaging to build a loyal customer base. Ability to track content performance, extract insights, and optimise copy for better engagement, conversion, and ROI.
