Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Location: Didsbury, Greater Manchester Salary: £29,286 - £32,216 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a Chief Executive in achieving the organisation’s business objectives. This role involves providing confidential and proactive secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Team as required.The role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence in the Didsbury office 80% of the week, with the option to work 20% from home. Key Responsibilities: Act as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive, delivering complete and confidential secretarial support, including diary management. Support the Executive Group with diary management, meeting arrangements, and occasional project work as needed. Manage the corporate calendar, ensuring all corporate meetings are scheduled and their remit and objectives are clearly understood by the wider business. Handle invoice processing for the Governance and Executive Team, maintaining credit card logs and tracking the Chief Executive’s funds. Arrange and act as a liaison for in-person and online corporate meetings, ensuring all tasks are carried out to guarantee their smooth operation. This involves liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including Regulators, Funders, Board members, and Executives from other organisations. Manage communications directed to the Chief Executive, responding quickly and efficiently while alerting them to any potentially reputational concerns. Set up and manage projects on behalf of the Chief Executive and the Executive Group. Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint or other formats for the Chief Executive and Executive Team. Administer corporate and external meetings, distributing papers and taking and processing minutes as required. Manage the organisation's stationery supply, supplier accounts, and budget. Provide small office equipment, refreshments, and other facilities for the organisation as needed. Manage the Chief Executive’s Development Scheme approvals and Ward Coordination responses. Design and enhance processes to ensure efficient execution of the above tasks.
