* Location: Hybrid role - up to three days remote work. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance from key hubs. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various departments.
* Act as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
* Cross-sell and introduce clients to the full range of company services.
* Re-engage with lapsed clients and foster renewed partnerships.
* Identify and connect with new business opportunities.
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of company offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
* Attend and identify key networking and trade events both domestically and internationally, arranging meetings with key delegates and ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
* Develop and oversee the sales process from initial client requirement gathering to formal quotation, purchase order receipt, and seamless handover to the delivery team.
* Ensure operational teams understand client requirements and support them in addressing challenges.
* Monitor client satisfaction and maintain up-to-date customer records in the database.

Essential Criteria:
* Possession of a full, valid UK driving license.
* Ability and willingness to travel independently within the UK and internationally as required.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify client needs and create tailored solutions.
* Research skills to analyze customer profiles, key stakeholders, and market positioning to craft business opportunities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on approach to business development.
