We are looking for a Team Manager at our service in Thornton, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for one supported living house and have management responsibility for a team of support staff.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Setting, maintaining and developing standards as part of our service
* Carrying out risk assessments and implementing care plans
* Handling operational management duties
* Managing a team of support workers
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
* A confident people manager
* A supportive manager
* Experience in Rota management
* Good communication skills
* Flexibility and great organisational skills
* Great IT skills
