About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Engineer to join our team in an office-based position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test engineering and be looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
* Analyze and report on testing results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Maintain and improve existing test infrastructure and tools
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Test Engineer in a relevant industry
* Strong understanding of testing principles, methods, and techniques
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time position based in our office location, which is commutable from Melksham, Bath, Frome, Chippenham, Devizes, or nearby areas. The successful candidate will be expected to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.
