Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a thriving, co-educational school catering to pupils aged 5-17 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to small groups and individual students.
* Prepare teaching materials, maintain accurate registers, and write detailed progress reports.
* Foster confidence and independence in students, encouraging their learning journey.
* Manage behaviour effectively, assess student work, and liaise with parents and carers regarding progress.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will bring:
* A committed and compassionate approach to supporting students with SEND.
* At least two years of experience in a SEND environment or a similar provision.
* QTS/QTLS (highly advantageous).
