£38k Salary FURNITURE / LIFESTYLE / LUXURY RETAIL / HOMEWARE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL 4 days on-site, after probation 3 days on-site We're looking for someone to join our Ecommerce team, to ensure our brand and our products are brought to life throughout a seamless shopping journey. An Ecommerce Executive’s mission is to pave the way for memorable shopping journeys that align with our values and ambitions. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to create, enrich and build journeys that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will be responsible for transposing our product offering on our e-commerce platforms and championing the customer by making consistent improvements to the journeys. Responsibilities · Responsible for managing the e-commerce platforms and systems in partnership with the marketing and e-commerce team. · Manage assets and product data on-site to support product information, navigation and promotional campaigns. · Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey · Support new product and service launches. · Contribute to the weekly commercial sessions providing input from a digital perspective. · Form strong relationships with the broader Ecommerce, Marketing and IT teams to make sure you can deliver the changes required to enhance our journey. What you will need · Minimum 2 years working in an e-commerce environment. · Furniture or Homeware experience · Experience working with Shopify and confident in managing all elements of the back office. · Experience using content management systems. · Experienced in using Google Analytics to generate actionable insights · Great communicator with the ability to craft copy in a set tone of voice
