Job Title: Static Maintenance Electrician
Location: Guildford
Salary: 41,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 6am - 6pm 2 on / 3 off / 2 on / 2 off / 3 on / 2 off
Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 5% matched pension
We are seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Guildford. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, handling both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical PPMs as scheduled
* Respond to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime
* Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols
* Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
* 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations certification
* Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
