* Ensuring timely andconsistent advice, support, coaching and governance of SHEstandards andlegislation
Supporting the developmentof an improved safety culture within the Submarines function andthe SHE improvementprogramme Providing professionalaccountable interface with all stakeholders including functionalleads, regulators, contractors, andcustomers Contributing to audits andaccident/near miss investigations, producing comprehensive reportswith root causeanalysis

Essential
* Experiencesupporting the management and Health and Safety Risk processes in ahigh riskenvironment
NEBOSHCertified Experience deliveringtraining or coaching
* Audit and investigationskills
Experience of working in aConstruction environment or within the Submarineenterprise
