Job Role: Reporting directly to the customer and Account Director you will be responsible for the management of a team of 70. Management, training, recruitment, and development of staff including disciplinary procedures and appraisals and identifying training needs and implementation of relevant training programmes. Ensuring a robust and complete security service is enforced and provided to the customer whilst also ensuring staff and customer relations are not put under any unnecessary duress because of this. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels. Providing administrative support to the Account Director. Rostering of staff and ensuring the site is manned to contractual specifications, including the company absence management process. Constant liaison with the customer and Account Director to ensure the terms of the contract are met and where possible exceeded. Attend and deliver weekly / monthly management meetings. Provide regular liaisons with the customer representative, the different contract representatives and suppliers to the customer. Ensure the regular testing of all Security and Health & Safety equipment as required. Ensure that all contract security personnel are aware, have read and understood, the current AI’s and post instructions. Devising & implementing new security procedures. Ensuring all site and company procedures are adhered to. Assessment, audit and review of current procedures and practices, making recommendations for change or amendment as required.
