Role Description
As the Marketing Manager at Strolll, you will be responsible for amplifying the Strolll brand, driving customer acquisition, and executing impactful marketing initiatives that cement Strolll as the industry leader in neurorehabilitation and supporting the company in achieving its objective to become the most used rehabilitation software in the world.
Your mission is to create and deliver Strolll’s marketing strategy alongside UK Creative director / Co-founder, building brand awareness, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. You will oversee everything from management of content creation and event coordination to social media management and advertising. You will ideate and execute marketing campaigns, create high-quality collateral, and manage Strolll’s digital presence including full ownership of the Strolll website.
You will tap into your extensive B2B marketing experience combined with a passion to sit in the driver’s seat, get in the trenches, be hands-on and see ideas through to execution with full accountability for delivering measurable results that move the dial.
This is a global role with an initial focus across both the UK and US markets. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, covering brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, market research, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners to support content creation, PR, and media campaigns.
2. Potential to build and lead a small marketing team as the company grows.
3. Develop and implement Strolll’s marketing strategy for both the UK and US, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish Strolll as a trusted leader in the neurorehabilitation space.
5. Identify growth opportunities in business-to-business (B2B) channels, including partnerships with clinics, research institutions, and patient advocacy groups.
6. Oversee paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, social media, and influencer partnerships.
Audience Profile & Key Messaging
1. Conduct research into the needs of healthcare providers, physical, occupational, speech & language therapists and their patients to build key audience profiles.
2. Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are tailored to different user personas and market needs.
3. Monitor and research the competitor landscape and industry trends, leveraging insights to refine Strolll’s unique value proposition and messaging.
Content & Social Media Management
1. Manage Strolll’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice working closely Creative Director & Co-founder to bring projects to life.
2. Plan and create engaging content, including:
* Blog articles and thought leadership pieces.
* Social media posts, reels, and stories.
* Email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
* Case studies and patient testimonials.
* Video marketing and educational content.
1. Collaborate with influencers, healthcare professionals, and patient advocates to create authentic and impactful storytelling.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
1. Drive SEO, PPC, and paid social strategies to maximise lead generation and brand visibility.
2. Optimise conversion rates across marketing funnels, from landing pages to email sequences.
3. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track performance, measure KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness.
4. Continuously test and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Events & Community Engagement
1. Represent Strolll at conferences, industry events, and webinars to showcase our technology and connect with key stakeholders.
2. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and research organisations to increase brand credibility.
3. Support patient community initiatives, ensuring that marketing is inclusive, empathetic, and patient-centric.
Qualifications and Skills
1. 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within health tech, med tech, or digital health.
2. Proven ability to market to both UK and US audiences—understanding regional nuances, healthcare regulations, and patient behaviours.
3. Expertise in social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and email marketing.
4. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills—able to translate complex medical/tech concepts into engaging, accessible messaging.
5. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance based on key metrics.
7. Creative mindset—able to spot trends, develop unique campaign ideas, and stay ahead of the competition.
8. Strong project management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: £37,224.00-£39,367.00 per year
