Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
1. Accountable for pharma TQ strategic initiative execution and business growth
2. Responsible for the delivery of pharma TQ products and solutions
3. Develops the pharma TQ value propositions, business cases, product/workflow roadmaps, pricing and launch plans
4. Manages a cross-functional program team to execute the development, launch and life cycle management activities required for pharma TQ solutions, partnerships and collaborations
5. Drives launch, commercialization and field-led activities
6. Obtains customer feedback to measure the success of pharma TQ solutions and emerging customer needs
7. Identifies inorganic growth opportunities related to future solutions / adjacencies
8. Measures and manages key business performance indicators against business case objectives and forecasts
9. Represents the pharma TQ business,. reporting to executive leadership, developing and supporting regional commercial business needs and opportunities
10. Recruits, retains, and develops a high performing team

The Pharma Program Lead will be expected to operate with a strong sense of urgency and clear focus, willing to make difficult decisions and trade-offs to prioritize the most impactful opportunities. Education
18. Degree or higher-level qualification in the life, physical or chemical sciences, a technology or business-related field.
19. Professional marketing qualification, MBA or equivalent preferable.
Experience & Competencies
20. 5+ years of people, functional and/or project/campaign management experience, preferably in a similar industry / scientific environment.
21. Strong experience working with or within the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of the DMPK/bioanalytical regulatory landscape worldwide.
22. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport across organisations and with customers/scientists.
23. Can-do attitude and desire to go beyond.
24. Strong communication, presentation, influencing and leadership skills.
25. Strategic vision combined with exceptional organisational, planning and execution skills.
26. Sound business acumen with keen sales/commercial understanding.
27. Financial and fiscal experience of working to budgetary guidelines and compiling compelling investment proposals/business cases.
28. Cross cultural agility and sensitivity.
29. Fluency in English; an additional language would be an advantage.
Travel
Willingness to travel up to 25% of time internationally. The ideal candidate will be located within commuting distance of Waters Wilmslow, UK, or Waters, Milford, MA, USA.
