This specialist service provides high-quality residential and nursing care to older adults, as well as support for younger adults with complex needs. Working closely with the Home Manager, the Deputy Nurse Manager will take on a vital leadership role—supporting clinical practice, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of safe, dignified, and high-quality care. The successful candidate will lead by example, inspire confidence in the team, and help maintain a warm, supportive environment for both residents and staff.
