Trainee Project Manager – 2025 - Penrith, Cumbria
We are excited to launch our Apprenticeship roles, starting in September 2025!

As a Trainee Project Manager, you will gain a holistic understanding of a bridge replacement project in Clifton, Penrith, Cumbria on the West Coast Mainline over the M6 Motorway.
What you’ll do:
* Develop an understanding of project management techniques that promote collaboration, synergy, and outperformance.
* Lead a variety of projects across different teams while honing your stakeholder engagement techniques.
* Utilise innovative techniques underpinned by data and evidence to suggest new ways of working.
* Be accountable for your own development by working outside of your comfort zone.
* Share knowledge and create efficiencies within different teams.
What you'll bring to the role:
* 3 A-levels at Grade A - C, BTEC Extended National Diploma, or equivalent level 3 qualification.
* 5 GCSEs at Grades 5-9 including Maths, English, and Science or equivalents.
* Enjoy working with others and have an enthusiasm to learn.
* Interest in construction or engineering.

Degree Apprenticeship in Project Management at a local University.
