The Role/Profile
1. We are looking for a Supplier Funded Content Manager, which will be pivotal within the Supplier Funded Media team as well as the business, by having an overall view and responsibility for the delivery of content across our new Online Service Platform. This person will be integral to ensuring we successfully deliver against supplier expectations, with the focus on improving both the supplier & customer experience wherever possible. This role will require an understanding of UX design to successfully manage the test and learn of all new media elements in an omni-channel approach across our newly launched platform. They will need to build Supplier facing templates, and create a transition plan for full integration of our many supplier brands. The Supplier Funded Content Manager will work closely with the SFC Lead, updating on the status of platform developments, whilst managing the gradual uplift of media utilisation as we get ready to fully launch. Data against each stream will need to be analysed, development opportunities will need to be captured and proactively suggested for each channel and any potential issues will need to be flagged as early as possible.
Key Responsibilities
2. Management of 1 direct report
3. Responsible for the performance & content delivery across OSP media - Tracking statuses against KPIs and reporting this to business stakeholders
4. Analyse and identify key pain points within processes - ensuring we are always looking for ways to optimise workflow.
5. Understand customers’ experience through immersion in our data and feedback, and champion opportunities to continually improve it
6. Respond to weekly trading actions - working closely with the Trading team to ensure we are aligned with business priorities and can support where possible.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships - dealing with escalation where needed.
8. Template creation - Create a series of supplier facing templates across multiple formats, with a comprehensive How to guide to support our Suppliers.
Key skills
9. Web Design / UX skills - Creating omni-channel solutions across the new OSP platform for our variety of media types.
10. People Management: Able to manage a team across a variety of channels with varying KPIs and deliverables.
11. Strategic and Problem solving: Thinking holistically, identifying potential problems, and solving these in a pragmatic manner.
12. Strong commercial excellence and understanding to help guide decisions with impacts to customer experience whilst also needing to consider commercial value.
13. Analytical: Be comfortable with data and using insights to inform decisions and recommendations
14. Collaborative : Must be comfortable working closely with teams across the business and also externally.
15. Be an exceptional senior stakeholder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels.
What we need from you
16. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a creative, ecommerce or commercial role
17. UX / Web Design experience
18. People management experience
19. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
20. Strong stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration and organisational skills
21. Passion and excitement for content.
