This is an exciting and innovative role requiring an exceptional candidate to deliver on a grant funded programme called Changemakers through the national Foundations organisation.
About the Position and you
This is a leadership role, working across our complex stakeholder landscape, to embed evidenced based practice, with a focus on parenting programmes. You will have a strong background in research and evaluation and be skilled and confident in engaging with senior leaders and commissioners, families and service users, education, health and care providers across statutory, voluntary, social enterprise and community sectors.
The role is to influence, navigate across the existing services and work towards a systems wide approach to the embedment of evidenced based programmes and practice in Merton, that there is assurance in our delivery that is informed by research and evidence, represents value for money and improves outcomes for families. Experience of programme management, stakeholder engagement, and research/evaluation along with a sound and extensive background in multi-agency working in a related field is required for this new and high profile post. Your work will align with our wider transformation work including Family Hubs and Supporting Families programmes
