As the PA to Senior Leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll provide strategic support to help shape the future of our school and make a real difference in our community.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Planning & Organisation: Develop and refine administrative systems, procedures, and policies to align with legislation and quality standards.
Expert Guidance: Offer advice and resolution on complex issues for colleagues, pupils, and families to maintain high service standards.
Comprehensive Administration: Deliver complex administrative duties in line with Trust regulations, ensuring precision and compliance.
Data Management & Reporting: Analyse and manage information systems to produce reports that inform key senior management decisions.
Legislative Insight: Advise the senior team on relevant legislative and regulatory changes to ensure organisational compliance.
Resource Management: Oversee stock levels, manage budgets, and conduct audits to ensure resources are available and effectively utilised.
Health & Safety Monitoring: Maintain a safe working environment, flagging risks and ensuring proper equipment use.
Team Leadership: Supervise administrative staff, allocate workloads, and support professional development to maintain outstanding service delivery.
