Description
My client is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Skelmersdale area, which is situated near Ormskirk, Parbold, and Wigan. This role will be working for a large private organisation who are a real market leader within their field. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours weekly.
Key responsibilities within this role would be:
1. Collect account debt by use of telephone, email, and letter
2. Reconcile customer accounts
3. Maintain good relationships with customers and clients
4. Excellent client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail
5. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Desired skills:
1. Sage/SAP knowledge
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel
