The Role
As the successful Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
You can also expect to:
1. Assess job specs and create adverts
2. Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
3. Manage interview and offer processes
4. Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
5. Pitch for retained business
6. Mentor Associate Consultants where required
About You
To be successful for the role of Recruitment Consultant you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual. Ideally, you'll have experience building relationships and working to targets in a sales environment.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
1. Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
2. Be creative and seek innovation
3. Have strong written and oral communication skills
4. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team culture
