Job Specification Site Supervisor (Casual) Northampton High School Required from: January 2025 Contract term: Casual Hours: Flexible Salary: £14.13 per hour (£26,443 full time equivalent) percentage of holiday paid based on worked hours We are looking to appoint Site Supervisors on Casual contracts to support our small, experienced team with keeping everything running smoothly across the large school site from checking security to carrying out maintenance jobs. This might be during periods of high workload or staff absence. Shifts could start from 05:00 and finish at 22:30 and they would mainly be weekdays with the occasional weekend. Hours would vary depending on demand but as a casual contract this would always be around your availability. We do however have lots of work available during Spring/Summer 2025 due to annual leave cover. You will be a brilliant problem solver, comfortable at making decisions quickly and putting them into action. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with all kinds of people. You will also be a practical person who enjoys hands-on work. Previous Premises/Facilities experience is desirable but not essential.
