What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the continuing growth of this highly successful school and college, we are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who:
• Has a proven understanding of working with SEN students with complex needs. You will be working with students in our Therapeutic Hub who have severe autism and associated behaviours and learning difficulties.
• Can lead a class in the absence of a teacher
• Has the ability to work closely with families and other professionals involved in students’ lives.
• Demonstrates consistently high levels of professionalism and is a role model to other teaching assistants
