Responsibilities for the role of IT Support Team Leader : Provide a customer-facing support service to all users of IT technology Deliver technical support for IT service requests logged by a user via the IT Service Desk, phone, email, or a colleague Ensure a proactive and responsive service to all IT users, demonstrating good communication skills throughout the process Log all requests on the IT Service Desk and maintain full documentation (including time taken). Provide support for Microsoft operating systems, specifically Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2008R2 to 2022 Support desktop applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), antivirus software, and provide advice or training as necessary.
