Senior Administrator Annual Salary: UPTO £28,900 but if you hold any indistr exams higher salary can be offered Location: Cheltenham, GL50 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an ambitious, efficient, and conscientious Senior Administrator to provide essential support to our Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring our clients receive a high level of continuous service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supporting financial advisors, particularly within a financial adviser firm, and has exposure to the administration and support of new business and annual review processes. Day-to-day of the role: Process applications via different provider platforms. Maintain and update the database with relevant policy information. Correspond with providers across the market concerning investment, pension, protection, and mortgage products. Issue documents to clients and produce updated client reports. Draft suitability reports for advisers. Ensure all records are kept up to date and compliant. Handle incoming queries and outgoing calls to other providers and clients. Work closely with advisers on a 1:1 basis, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services. Familiarity with products such as Mortgages, Protection, Investments, and Pensions is advantageous. Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
