We are working with our client to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator with excellent customer service skills, the role will involve undertaking administrative duties supporting the sales teams in processing their deal contracts ensuring vendors are provided with the information and support they require to successfully sell their property.
This is the first point of contact for the vendors to assist with all queries.
A major part of the role will be to assist vendors with their client care documents. You will be required to chase vendors to make sure they have received the client care pack and assist with all queries to ensure successful completion and return of the pack to their nominated solicitor.
You will be required to understand and cover the role of other departments as and when required.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:
1. Provide Customer Support to vendors
2. Check Client Care Pack have been issued to vendors
3. Assist vendors fill out their client care documentation
4. Assist with ID verification
5. Chase the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
