Main duties of the job We want a Consultant Psychiatrist who can Deliver the highest quality of clinical care to our patents and carers The post holder will be required to work in partnership at both strategic and operational levels with relevant and external stakeholders. The post holder will need to ensure that people who use services, carers and advocates are treated with respect and dignity We would welcome Consultant Paediatricians with experience in general and developmental paediatrics, assessment and management of neurodevelopmental disorders like ASD and ADHD, paediatric neurodisability and safeguarding. Experience in doing Initial Health assessments for LAC is preferable as it would be an essential part of the job plan. Provide excellent clinical leadership and actively develop your team along with expert advice to our hospital and community specialists, managers and directors on what is needed to deliver excellent care and future strategic directions. The Consultant has a continuing responsibility for the care of patients and for the proper functioning of the department. The consultant will liaise with the General Practitioners, hospital and community specialists and other agencies wherever relevant.
